IT Consultant (m/f/d) Requirements Engineering

Who we are? We are MaibornWolff, a German software company founded in Munich. With nearly 1000 employees globally, including over 60 colleagues in Tunis, we specialize in consulting our clients like BMW, VW or Miele to identify and developing tailored software solutions for their needs by using modern technologies and methodologies.

Our internal software department has more than 20 team members. They develop and maintain software applications that make our everyday work easier. Our colleagues rely on a wide range of internal software for HR processes, project opportunities, time management, project staffing, and much more. Together, they ensure that our internal software follows modern principles and that our software landscape grows together professionally. 

To ensure the sustainable growth of our internally developed software, we are setting up a new team for our internal software development at the Tunis site. You will collaborate with German colleagues, but our vision is that the Tunis team will have its own responsibility for applications in the future as well.

Your Role

• You immerse yourself in the world of customers, capturing ideas and desires, and formulating clear requirements.
• Using Epics and User Stories, you develop modern designs and architectural concepts, presenting them within the team and to clients.
• Collaborating with experienced software developers, you provide recommendations for appropriate solutions and implement them together with your agile project team.
• You proactively question the value and feasibility of project ideas.
• Ideally, you would also like to take on a role as Scrum Master in the long term.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in Informatics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• You have professional experience in agile requirements engineering, process management, or business analysis. You excel in conceptualizing both business and technical processes, including interfaces in the backend.
• You are interested in large-scale agile IT projects and keep a close eye on the respective scope. Actively communicating, you collaborate closely with project management and clients for successful project delivery.
• Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills shine in process and requirements management within agile IT projects.
• You are experienced in designing and facilitating workshops. 
• You communicate fluently in English.
